  2. Maybe you should tell us how you define 'invaded' so we can better answer your question.

    For example: in 2000 a US military unit chartered a boat to hold a formal military social function in San Diego.  The boat docked in Mexico and some of the military personnel (in full dress uniforms) and their wives departed the boat to do some shopping.

    Since we had not gotten permission from the Mexican government for a US military unit to enter their country - this technically is an 'invasion' under international law.
