How many countries have you visited in your life and how many countries have you lived in already?

I'm French; I've lived more than 4 years in England, 8 months in Germany;

been to 14 countries already: Austria, Belgium, England, Scotland, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany Africa: Togo, Burkina Faso and Senegal.

I love travelling and want to go to other countries.

  1. i have been to Canada, America, South Africa, Lanzarote (spain)... but funnily enough, i've never been to mainland europe.

    aside from England, Scotland & Wales.

    I LOVE traveling 2!!!! (virtual high five) i love learning new languages, and so far i speak 4. europe rox in my opinion! keep travelin!!! :D

  4. I have lived in England for 70 years but been fortunate to have travelled quite a lot, including round-the-World 3 times.

    So - France a lot from Normandy down to the Pyrenees

    Camped in Brittany, The Vendee, Chambery.  Paris.

    Been to Munich and surrounding areas, Geneva, Schaffhausen and Zurich; North Holland (Bergan an Zee - Atomic Research labs working); Italy - Rome and Lake Orta;  Gibralter, Malta & Goza, Elba, Spain - Barcelona, Mohacar, Minorca, Majorca, Costa del Sol, Teneriffe; Mainland Greece, Aegina, Ios, Santorini, Evia; Cyprus, Israel; Yugoslavia - Korchula and Milini; Cape Town (working holiday); Johannesburg (working holiday) and The Kruger National Park; New Zealand 3 times (North and South Island for 2 months at a time), Sydney and Adelaide; Fiji; Singapore; Thailand - Bangkok and Pattaya; Los Angeles and San Francisco, and I go to Madeira round about Easter every year.  Nearly time to start packing, again!

  5. I have only lived in Australia but I have visited: Japan, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau, Fiji, England, France, Spain, Holland, Germany, Austria, Greece, Italy, Belgium, Monacco, USA, Canada, Bahamas, Egypt and Jordan.

    I want to to go Africa, India, Bhutan, Scandinavia, Antarctica, Turkey and Morocco  in the next 10 years or so.  Then I have another list (too long to mention).

    I have spent around 6 weeks in France and I love it.  If I couldn't live in Australia I could live in France (or Canada or New Zealand).  Good luck with your travels!

  6. I'm British(unfortunately),lived and worked in Israel a year, Holland 13 years.

    Travelled(3 months or more), not including places that are just visited ie up to 2 weeks.

    Thailand,Indonesia,India,Nepal.

  8. I'm 37 and have visited eighty countries (worked on cruise ships for 11 years).  Lived only in England but will proabably move to Slovakia in the not to distant future (my wife is Slovak).

  9. I've been to France (Paris), Germany (Berlin) and Tenerife. I would love to travel when I finish my A levels.

    I would most like to go to Norway as I think it's such a beautiful and well developed country and I have learnt some of the language.

    I also want to go to South Africa, Canada, America and Italy. I love learning new languages =)

  11. Ahhh, Kindred spirit!!, I've lived in the U.s, Spain, Andorra, France, Portugal, Mallorca and Menorca (I know they're part of Spain). Travelled to Scotland, Wales, Switzerland, France, Spain, Andorra, Belgium,  Canada, Thailand. Malasyia, Mexico, Bali, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and all over the U.S. I have a little boy now and its even better getting to travel with him!!, Hope you get to do loads more travelling!!
