How many credit hours is full time?

How many are part time?Do most 1st year students go to school full time?Is there is anything in between part time and full time credit hours?What is called?Do you have to take physical activity classes in college?

When I started I was full time thought most counselors told me to go less because you will be over burdened and pressured.

More than 6 credit hours usually dictates full-time.

I would take a look at your course catalog to see if PE is required.

part time. I think is 4-8 hours. Full time is 12-15 credit hours. Depending on if you have a life, like the rest of us, you will be adjusting your schedule to your jobs and family duties at home and work. Some people work during the day and go to school at night. you do not have to take gym classes unless that is your major, then yes, you have no choice but to.

12 credits is usually full time.  i think most 1st year students do go full time.  if you are taking less than 12 credits, it is considered part time, there is no in between.  you do not have to take physical activities at most colleges.
