How many crest strips do you wear a day?

Do you wear 2 a day? Upper and lower?

Or 4 a day? (2 upper 2 lower)

only 2 for a certain amount of time. say like 20 mins.

one on upper and one on the lower.

Remember while doing the treatment and up to three days after you stop you should not drink anything dark ie coffee, coke, and even tea.
