How many crossover teams have won the Grey Cup?

The crossover rule in the CFL refers to the situation when the 4th place team in pool B has more points than the 3rd place team in pool A. The team from pool B will replace the pool A team in the play offs. I want to know if a crossover team has ever won the Grey Cup.
