Question:

How many crunches/situps/leglifts etc, should I do?

How many would you rcommend? And how long will I need to do it before seeing a tiny bit of result?

I'm trying to built some muscles and just get rid of some fat around my stomach..

I'm 5'5 and 132lbs ..

  1. Jogging will give you cardio and the best abs ever... if 15-20 minutes wears you out, slow down your pace.  


  2. Hey now hey now!! Trying to get ahead of me, eh? haha kidding. =)

    I do 50 a day, sometimes 75 or 80. I havent started leglifts yet, but i try to do at least 25 lunges and 25 squats.
