  1. More than anything, it depends on how much caffeine you are getting in each cup and how much milk and sugar you add to each one, also.

Caffeine is an insecticide which coffee plants make to kill any bugs that might want to eat the leaves and berries. In sufficient quantities caffeine is lethal to humans. Before that, we humans tend to experience sleeplessness, muscle twitching, diarrhea, and stomach cramps when we have had too much of it. Each of us have our own levels of tolerance to caffeine, which with time can change depending on other factors such as the levels of stress we may endure from time to times.

The gourmet quality roasted coffees actually have less caffeine than cheaper, weaker tasting coffees. Of course the stronger that you brew your coffee, the more caffeine it will have.

I brew mine at home to get the best quality, exactly how I like it, at an affordable and reasonable price. I also take it with me in a thermos.

  2. 2 cups a day one at b-fast and  one at luch

  3. ZERO. I woke up at 4:30am to go into work and I brought a bottle of water with me. I would hate to be dependant on coffee. Yes I'm tired, but at least that is my bodies natural reaction - instead of pumping my stomach full of a chemical drug that makes me jittery and addicted and not to mention tastes like c**p.   So, for me ZERO.

  4. NONE!!!! I love coffee and drink it anytime all day, but it's not healthy at all... maybe decaf, with no sugar is OK...

  5. Two cups a day helps control my blood sugar.

  6. one cup every morning keeps me moving all day

  7. about three in the morning and three in the afternoon and four at night i have to keep going

  8. None

I drink 2 glasses of water the first thing when I get up. With proper hydration water will increase our motablism and energy levels by 3%. I take enough vitmains too. For optimal health we cannot get what we need from our diets. Between these I do not need a boost most of the time.

The only thing coffee will do is give you a boost from the caffeine. Plus the sugar if you put any in it. Otherwise there is nothing beneficial about coffe.

  9. none,

    occasionally a frap!
