How many cups of coffee do you drink in the AM to wake up?

How much coffee do you use per cup?

One! My husband says he doesn't know why i bother as its Mellow Birds anyway!! And i have it weak!!

Never more than 3 since my last heart attack.  I have an Espresso Machine so I use a double shot of grounds per cup.

I like my coffee strong so 2 teaspoons of instant coffee per cup, I would usually have up to 3 cups of coffee by the time I leave the house in the morning. I'd drink maybe another 2-3 cups of coffee (made the same way) during my working day.

I like my espresso or drip coffee stronger then I like my instant.  Drip coffee would be: Two coffee scoops per cup of water.  Strong and yummy :)

Unless it's instant, then 1 teaspoon is usually enough per cup of water.

First, I wake up, then drink coffee.  

Drinking in your sleep can cause choking.

My personal favorite is a Starbucks Venti black.   For dullards, that is 20 ounces.

I use to drink it all day long and into the evening.... now I have a cup and a half in the Am and maybe  a cup in the afternoon if I am out.... I never drink it past  5pm tho anymore because it keeps me up *L*
