  1. It also depends how much you exercise and the weather.  In hot weather, if you go for a two hour bike ride, you're going to need another two glasses of water.  When it's really dry (like in winter in a house with electric heat) you also need a bit more.  An extra couple of glasses of water will help you move through a hangover faster, or replace lost fluids if you're ill.  It's difficult (but possible) to overdo water, but six to eight would be my advice.

  2. a bit more then 8.

I don't think it really matters, as long as u drink water daily.

  3. I drink 8 between 8-12, but I'm intensly active in a sport during that time. Around 3 i'll get really thristy and drink another 4 glasses.

  4. 8 cups a day. =D

  5. It depends on how much you weigh. Take your weight in pounds, divide that by 2. That will give you how many ounces of water you need to drink. Divide that number by 8 and that will give you how many cups you should drink.

  6. 10

  7. I heard that it doesn't matter as long as you stay hydrated and drink water everyday. I also heard that 8 cups of water doesn't do anything more than maybe 3 or 4 cups.

  8. 8 (8oz.) glasses per day is the rule of thumb I've always gone

    or

    3 (24oz.) glasses per day

  9. It's definitely not 8, no matter what anyone says. It also depends on the foods you eat and what kind of lifestyle you have. If you eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies, then you don't have to worry that much about it. However, if you spend a lot of time working or doing something outside in the heat, then you may need all 8 glasses.

  10. 8, because our body needs about 2 1/2 litre water each day. But food that we ate also contained water, so not absolute 8 glasses, atleast 6-7.

  11. Im told its 8, but a small person would probably be ok with 6. This of course is spread throughout the day and not all at once because you would feel really bloated..

  12. drink enough water so that you dont get thirsty.

if youre thirsty, you are already dehydrated

  13. About 8 glasses is what's recommended to replace the water you lose each day through normal bodily function. Then there are a whole bunch of other factors to take into account; diet, infection or disease, altitude, temperature, humidity, excercise, etc.  So basically, there is no simple answer, lol.

  14. Drink at least 8, a cup of water  is small, only like 6oz. anyway.  If you excercise, work in a dry office, or travel by plane drink even more.

  15. 8.

  16. I think the best answer for that question is 8, because water can purify your internal and external parts of your body, that is why plenty of water the better. And remember water can fasten you metabolism and can burn fat tissues that can cause obesity.
