1 lb. of Cheddar or Jack Cheese = 4 cups

1 lb. of Cottage Cheese = 2 cups

8 oz. of Cream Cheese = 1 cup

1/4 lb. of Parmesan or Romano = 1 cup

7.5 oz. of Ricotta = 1 cup
