How many day does British Consulate take to process a visit visa?

i sent in my application on Firday and have a flight to catch for europe this Sunday. i cant call them or email them to inquire. Already done finger printing on Friday and my application is complete. Was anyone in the similar situation ? i know there website say s processing time is 5 days and 14 days in busy seasons.........

I hate to be the one to tell you this but consulates and embassies don't usually work on the weekends. Even if they did the mail doesn't usually go out on weekends and it usually takes one or two days in the mail to get to someone.

Yes it takes 5 to 14 days to process but there is an additional mail time.

With the amount of checks it needs to go through I presume it takes they will need at least 3 days.
