How many days after I finish my period do I start clomid?

I took provara for 10 days and I got off my period today I was wondering when do I start my clomid my doc told me but I cant remember what he said so what did your doc tell you please help and thanks for your input

It varies, but it's usually CD 3-7 or CD 5-9- so you're not waiting for your period to end, you're waiting for it to start so that you can start counting your days. CD1 is your first day of bleeding. If you've already missed that window, don't take the Clomid, and call your doctor and explain. If you don't take it at the correct time it won't work at all, and you will have wasted the pills and thrown your cycle even more out of whack than it probably already is.

Call the doctor before you take any pills, they must be taken exactly as directed.
