  1. Read the box of the pregnancy test it is usually a couple of day before or after you miss your period.

This is depending on which pregnancy test you buy.

  2. 14 to 28 days for an accurate reading if you have unprotected s*x. Unless you are trying to get pregnant why are you having unprotected s*x. If you are not in a monogamous relationship STD's are rising among the teen to mid 20 population. If you are questioning pregnancy its best to see your OB/GYN.

  3. usaully its 5-7 days after your missed period, not so much after intercourse.

  4. After a week you missed period.

  5. wait at least 14 days after you had unprotected s*x, or if you can just wait and see if you miss your period, tests are most accurate by then.

(edit) Beware of the tests that say "results 5 days before your missed period" if you read the box you will say they are only about 60% accurate at that point.

  6. first response are very good if you are eleven days late any will give a accurate result either way. If you have a twenty one day cycle then around the 9th day onwards is the fertile time, If you are 28 day cycle then its 14th day that's the most fertile,  Good luck, any brook centre will do a free pregnancy test, and will help with any anxiety you may have they can give advice and talk through  all options available hope this helps

  7. The test should be accurate about a week after your first missed period.

So if you're trying to get pregnant, and you had intercourse about two weeks before your period was due (when you were ovulating), your test should be accurate about three weeks later. It's always a good idea to repeat the test a few days after the first, just to make sure. The test detects a certain hormone, hCG, in the urine, and the level of this hormone increases over time if you're pregnant. A home pregnancy test might not detect low levels of hCG early on, but should detect it several days later after the level has gone up.

There should be information and instructions inside the package with the home pregnancy test, and you can always call your doctor or a reproductive health clinic for more advice and information. Good luck!
