I would be a single female traveller with a fairly unlimited budget of time and money. Don't want to get burned out nor not have enough time to have a great trip. How many days would you allow and why?

  1. I would say minimum 5 days and max 10 days.  There are many things to see and do in Hong Kong.  Here is a short list.

    Victoria Peak

    Repulse Bay

    Aberdeen Fishing Village

Tian Tan Buddha ( The Big Buddha )

    Po Lin Monastery

    Wisdom Path

    Lantau Island

    Wong Tai Sin Temple

    Stanley

    Museums

    Temple Street Night Market

    Tung Chung

  2. 5 days,,,,,,Hong Kong is small though

  3. At least one month! There is so much to see and do in Hong Kong. I spent 2 months in Mongkok and it wasn't even enough for me.

Explore everything. You will love it.

  4. Ocean Park -  1 day

    Big Buddah/Lantau - 1 day

    Peak/Stanley Market - 1 day

+ however many days you want for shopping

Eating is the best thing to do in Hong Kong, you can do that in the evenings after you've done your shopping and sightseeing. Check out http://www.eatdrinkhongkong.com

  5. a cosy 10 days - 4 days Hong Kong city tour, 3 days hiking or out shore island hop around, 1 day Macau trip,2 days crazy shopping time and late night market

Budget : HK$600 per day / for 3 meals + transportation (excludes hotel & flights)

  6. a few days.

not much to see, very very crowded.

you must go to the Peak on a clear day, and Kowloon side of victoria harbor. don't need to go to New Territories (where I live).

    go to Tsim Sha Tsui.

There are Indians Pakistani African Nepali here they have great food!

then spend 1-2 days in Macao

Casino Resort (dun hv to gamble, just go sight-seeing, they have great Casino resort the Macao Venice thing), Food, etc.

  7. i think 5-6 days is pretty enuf as HK is small. if u r going out whole day, do not recommend u to stay in those 5 stars hotels as they r expensive. try out those convenience 4 stars or some design hotels maybe. n u should visit diff spots in same district in 1 day so to save ur time & $. example....the giant buddha.. u can also try out the newly opened cable car (v stunning view) + the only outlets mall in HK cos they r all in 1 district = Tung Chung. http://www.np360.com.hk/html/eng/front/i...

n 1 day to the stanley market.....n on the way, u wil pass by the famous repluse bay..... but actually it's just a beach... not much to c there n no shopping. but there's some v nice restaurant. probably u can lunch there b4 u headed in to the Stanley?

n 1 day to the 'almost last fishing old village' in Tai O.

then, duno if u r interested to Ocean Park & HK Disney?

n the largest mall in HK = Harbour City......

    so, enjoy ur trip~~~

  8. I would probably saty for a week. You can probably go around hong kong within four days? (leave a day for macau) But giving yourself a couple of extra days will allow you to revisit places.
