How many days from PA To Calif?

just two of us going to Calif how long with just normal stops such as food bathroom and sleeping, will it take for this trip.. No children coming..

It's an awesome and a long trip.

For example Philadelphia to San Francisco using Interstates 76 & 80 is nearly 2900 miles.

I think 600-700 miles a day driving (I assume you will share the task) is enough.

Figure four nights in motels.

Depending where in Pennsylvania you are beginning your trip and where in California your destination is; figure four or five days driving.

Buy yourself the Rand McNally (book size) Road Atlas.

It's worth its weight in gold.

And don't forget you will likely want to stop and photograph things too.

if your driving it should take a little over 3 days. if your walking it should take about 3 months.
