How many days has it rained so far in New York City from May 23 2007-May 23 2008?

Under product, select 'Preliminary Climatology  Data (CF6)'.

Under Location, choose whatever NYC site you want, either Central Park, LaGuardia Airport, or JFK airport.

Under Timeframe select 'Archived Data' then May 2007.  Then click 'Go'.  This will give you a summary of each day for May 2007, including total precipitation.  You'll have to do that for each month and count up the days with precipitation to get the total number of rain days for the city for the period you're interested in.
