  3. If it's just for health/staying in shape, I'd say 3-4 days a week, 20-30 mins a day.. If your training for xc, minimum 30 miles a week.

  4. I think if you run five days a week you are pretty dedicated. There are definetly different levels of dedication. As long as you run regularly I think you can consider yourself dedicated. For me dedication is anywhere from 30-35 miles a week.

  5. I am a dedicated runner who will be running in college in the fall. I usually log no more than 35 miles a week for now and will move up to a max of 60-70 later on in the season. Dont kill yourself though...rest is very important. And also...being a dedicated runner isnt about how many miles you put it, but rather how many times you run a week while enjoying yourself.
