How many days is a bologna sandwich good for children?

I really need accurate answers because I'm dealing with a lot of children.The sandwiches are plain, just the bread and bologna. The sandwiches are kept well cool in a freezer when we have leftovers.

According to the site, Food Storage Guide:  Answers the Question . . .,

you should refer to the processor's freshness date on the package for storage times for unopened packages.

If the package of bologna or bread is open, then bologna will remain fresh for 4-6 days in a refrigerator set between 32 - 40 F.  At the same temperature range, sandwiches remain fresh for 2-3 days.  If frozen, they will remain fresh for one month.
