I am talking about the stuff straight out of the cow, not anything purchased from a shop.

  1. only one day

  2. about three days, before it tastes a little sour.  I grew up on the stuff and survived, without all the added extras they put in it at the factories. Now my kids mostly have it too without any adverse effects.

  3. Raw milk is not good for humans, since it might carry the risk of disease and other unpleasant stuff.  The farmers who are authorized to sell raw milk have strict standards on the health of their cows and the cleanliness of their farms, but if you're just picking up milk from an unlicensed farmer, you may want to think twice.

Unpasteurized cow's milk should be good for human consumption for less than 24 hours.  If you have a cow and want to extend your milk's shelf life, either pasteurize it or keep it in a very cold place in an airtight container.  The latter will only buy you a couple of day's more, if that.
