How many days it will take in getting a resident visa for wife if a person is working in U.A.E.?

i am getting married in december.my becoming husband is woking in sharjah u.a.e.i just want to know how many days it will take if he applies for residency visa for me.what is the actual procedure for this nd how many days it will take in completing the whole procedure.

as already explained by a lawyer, first get a marriage certifcate.

then it depends on your husbands salary, if he is earning less than 5000 uae dhirams per month i dont think he can get a spouse visa. if his earlning is sufficient as per uae rules and he has a faimily accomadation insharjah, then he can apply for your visa. the whole process takes about two months.

Firstly you should have a Valid Marriage Certificate from the Registrar of Marriages. Then get this Marriage Certificate Apostillised. First you get this Marriage certificate attested/authenticated by the Home Department or the General Administration of the State where you get the marriage registered & will be getting this Marriage certificate & after this authentication get Apostille Stamp Affixed from the MEA from New Delhi. Once all this process is over on the basis of your husband's employment in UAE, his sponsorship & other employment documents etc you can apply for your immigration as his wife/spouse.
