How many days of the week do you have a real home cooked meal complete with all the food groups?

and do you help cook it or if someone else, who is that person?

I usually cook unless it something on the grill then my fiance does it. I am a stay at home mom so I always cook. My son has recently wanted to help (he's 4). So I let him mix up the food.

I cook 6 nights a week. But every night my son gets all the food groups. Only organic meals.

If i am home, every day and I generally do the cooking.  Sometimes my son cooks or we share the load.  To me cooking is fun and enjoyable, so i am always eager to do so.  As long as I'm cooking, it may as well be a good and nutritious as possible,

Unfortunately, i travel a lot for work and end up in restaurants a lot.
