How many days on placebo pills until you get your period?

Question

I am on the pill, and I'm careful to take them at the same time daily and not miss any pills. But I'm on day 4 of sugar pills and still no period. How many days does it usually take you before your period starts? Normally I have started after two days, so this has me quite curious. My husband and I seem to be extremely fertile people, as we have three boys already and conceived our last one while I was breastfeeding! Thanks in advance for your answers!! :)

Normally its 2-4 days.  But you could be pregnant since the pill isn't 100% effective, even when taken properly.  I'd say if you don't have it in a few days, take a test. :)
