How many days until you receive a speeding fine?

Hey,

Im in Melbourne.

Just wondering how many days does it take IF you get caught by a camera car [black box onto the bumber] for the fine to arrive in the mail?? My friend THOUGHT she seen one on Wednesday its now Friday and nothing....

AND do they have flah's? as she didnt see any........

The camera doesn't need to flash (particularly during the day) as it takes a digital picture that can be lightened and enhanced later. Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks to receive a fine in the mail.
