It takes about 5 days for east coast to get to west coast.. so it will most likely take another 5 days unless you got something like priority mail.  The buyer should have gotten a confirmation number so you can track it.

Regardless of how many days it specifically takes, or how much you paid.  The seller probably did not run right to the post office to ship.  They may have been waiting on several payments to come in so they would only make 1 trip to the post office at a time.  

I would just email the seller and ask them when / how they shipped, and if there is any tracking on the item.
