How many decks in a shoe?

Im thinking of going to Soaring Eagle in Mt Pleasent, MI

How many decks do they have in a shoe? Do they continuously shuffle? Can You Double down on a split? Do they hit on soft 17?

at least 2 deck .it can be as many as 4.ask them about hitting the soft 17.good luck
