  1. Yuck don't diet.. eat right and exercise it's not that hard..

    Dieting is bad for you


  2. I think I have tried only about three different kinds. I've tried ones that cut calories; others that cut calories, but it rotates between three different amounts, and another that restricted certain foods, or wanted me to fill up on water all day long.

    I finally found out that diets do not work. Most people cannot stay on a diet and end up gaining back all of the weight and then some. I now eat when I am hungry, and only until I am full. I eat healthy meals, but don't worry about the occasional junk food.

    exercise to lose weight (i.e. excess fat) if you need to,

    but expect to gain weight in muscle (muscle weights more than twice as much as fat).

  5. One.  Eat less calories than you burn.

  6. Zero. I cut back on junk food when I went vegetarian, but I don't consider veg*nism to be a weight loss diet.
