How many different Beta Carotene are there and are they all found in carrots?

There's only one kind. It is a precursor (inactive form) of Vitamin A. Apart from carrots, it's also found in other orange coloured vegetables such as sweet potato and pumpkin; in fruits like mango, cantaloupe melon and apricots and in green leafy vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, parsley and greens (beet, mustard, collard etc).
