There are tonnes of styles that the ninja practiced, the most well known is Ninjutsu I would presume for obvious reasons, as for kinds of Ninja I'm not sure, there were probably many different groups of Ninja, they were sometimes hired to kill Samurai warriors, they specialised in many weapons. However there is only one bloodline Ninja left, he has a martial arts school somewhere in Japan (I think it's in Japan anyway, I can't remember properly).
