  1. There are lots of different types of pockets in women's lacrosse. Debeer is they only lacrosse company that makes stringing kits for women.

There are 5 different types of strings that Debeer makes:

    Traditional-4 leather runners

    Trakker- 4 synthetic runners

Trakker Pro- 2 synthetic in the middle, and 2 leather runners on either side.

Trigger- 3 synthetic and 2 nylon on the outsides.

Gripper- same as trakker pro but the synthetic has "grip" to it.(This isn't available as a stringing kit yet... only on the tempest pro which comes out July 21)

The STX Ace comes with the STX Precision pocket. Which is the best strings for that head, but unfortunately STX doesn't make women's stringing kits (At least not that I've been able to find)

I would take your stick to a lacrosse store in your area (LaxWorld, Breakaway etc) and they will restring your stick for you. It probably wouldn't cost more that $50. And they will do a good job, when you do it on your own you HAVE to make sure everything is symmetrical, and it's hard to get it  exactly right.

  2. take it to lacrosse unlimited or even a local hockey place, they'll restring it.

but the ace is a piece of c**p.

get an envy by debeer for attack or apex for D
