  1. 10.. BTW that is generally the Dayton Ohio area code.

  2. All local exchange phone numbers in USA/Canada are 7-digits.

    x*x-xxxx

All phone numbers in USA/Canada that include Area Code are 10-digits.

    (x*x) x*x-xxxx

All phone numbers in USA/Canada that include the country code (1) are 11-digits.

    1-x*x-x*x-xxxx

Because I do all my phone calling over VoIP and use various VoIP service providers, I dial all my numbers from my VoIP phone using 11-digit format.  It doesn't matter if I am calling next door or between Canada and USA... I always use 11-digit format.

But, with PSTN land-line phones you will have to dial according to your local exchange carrier.

    In other words:

    local calls: 7-digits

Out of Area calls:  10-digits, or 11 digits (depending on your carrier dialing rules)

  3. 10, like every where else in the us

  4. The area code  x*x

    The number   x*x - XXXX

That is 10, if you have to put a 1 in front of it, 11.  Its the same all over the US.
