How many stamps should I put on a letter I'm sending to a pen pal in England? It's my frist time but I have no idea how many stamps to put on! Please help!

If you take the letter to the post office with the mailing address already on it, they will make sure you pay the correct amount to send it to your destination. I know from the United States to Panama it is about 90 cents to send an average greeting card, but that was before the last postage increase.

Your only source of reliable information is your local post office. They are in control of whether to forward your letter, and their decision will  be based upon the correct postage. The number of stamps will depend upon the denominations that are available. If the total cost is one Eurodollpee, and they have one Eurodollpee stamps, then you'll only need one.
