Pour exercise, vous pouvez faire la même chose qu'en France; faire du jogging ou qch. Pour vous deplacez en Mtl., il y a la Métro (http://www.stm.info/metro/index.htm), et l'AMT (http://www.amt.qc.ca/) pour les villes autour Mtl.

you can visit www.lespac.com or kijiji.ca....i will give you an idea of rents around montreal.

in regards to real estate, you have to be certified in Canada and if i'm not mistaken get certified for quebec (province) in order to work. Also  to work you have to pay a real estate agency to be able to use their name, otherwise you'll be on your own and that is not the route to go (from what i have heard).
