No drinks breaks are allowed in a T-20 innings. This is because the objective is to finish the match as quickly as possible, with minimum breaks. There will only one break allowed, which will be in between innings which would be generally between 15-20 minutes. In 50 overs cricket, there would be two drinks break per innings. In test cricket, there would be a drinks break after every hour of play.
