If you want to be technical, 4 drivers have done that in the modern era.  Most recently Jeff Gordon did (04-05 and 98-99) followed by Michael Waltrip (02-03), Dale Jarrett (99-00) and Bobby Allison (87-88).  Cale Yarborough also did it twice but the July race was just called the Firecracker 400 back then (67-68 and 76-77).

The only one I know is that Jeff Gordon won the Pepsi 400 in July of 2004 and won the Daytona 500 in February of this year.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. won the 2001 Pepsi 400 and then won the Daytona 500 in 2004.

In 1967 Cale Yarborough won the 400 and then won the 500 in 1968, in 1976 and 1977 he did it again; Bobby Alison did it 1987 and 1988; Jeff Gordon in 1998 and 1999; Dale Jarrett in 1999 and 2000; Micahel Waltrip in 2002 and 2003; and Jeff Gordon in 2004 and 2005.
