How many driving lessons did you have before you took your pratical test?

I had 10 hours of lessons and a whole lot more hours of practice after that before I was ready. It's more of confidence and a lot of really understanding what driving is about (the feel of the road, the effect of the slightest movement of your hands, being able to assess distances and speeds and behaviours of other drivers) which should be the basis for one's being ready to take the test.

In Wisconsin I was required to have 6 behind the wheel lessons before I took my road test so 6 is the magic number

Who counts?  I took the the test when I felt comfortable with driving.

With an actual car lets see there was one time I was driving when I was 5 years old so that makes 5 times adding the rest

I can drive on the interstate without getting pulled over without my license :P
