However many your doctor instructed you to put in each ear. If you don't recall how many you can call and ask or you can read the instructions on the bottle or box they came in.

4 ear drops 2 times a day... morning and night

keep them in for 25-30 mins....

if you have a really bad ear infection and your ear is red and bruised behind your ear then go to the doctor and get Augmentin XR

it clears it up fast
