How many dunkin donuts are there in Boston?

i visited bean town and saw 3 dunkins in a 2 mile stretch. so i went on google maps and counted over 40 but i figured they had to be repeated after a while. so i went to dunkindonuts.com and counted over 40 again but some were repeating. besides a lot does anyone have a real count of how many dunkins there are? also number of starbucks would be cool.
