  1. around 300 as said before but only 2 brands of tobacco products otherwise you will have problems saying that they are for personal use.

  2. 15 cartons, but only for your own use

  3. 3000 as its in the eu. if your going to sell them make sure they are nearly all of the same brand that way customs probably wont ask any questions.

if your going to Gibralter you can only take 200 through to Spain which is a bummer cos they are only 15 pounds for 200

  4. 3200 cigs

  5. 16 cartons. That equates to 3200 ciggies.

  6. If you mean how many cigarettes can you take home from Spain, (duty is already addes to the cost of the cigarettes/tobacco when you purchase them from tobacconists or the airport), - keep the receipt.  There is no limit as to how many you may take into the U.K. as long as, if asked at customs, you can prove it's for your own personal use.  Keep to the same brand of cigarette/and or tobacco.

  8. the guide lines for cigarettes is 3000 per person this is usually excepted as the yearly useage it is usually cheaper to buy in country not at airport and shops will sometimes give free lighters or booze!

  9. 3,000

  10. I think 200 cigarettes. I also think you'll have to buy them at a shop outside the airport, cos seeing you'll be travelling within the EU you cant buy them duty free and at some airports this means you cant buy cigarettes at all, so not even if you are willing to pay the full price.

  11. The limits depend on you home country.

  12. You can buy 3200 cigerettes from the shops i.e supermarket in spain but you cannot buy any cigarettes in the airports duty free section. This is assuming you are living in the uk

  13. In theory you can take as many cigs or baccy into the UK from Spain as you want, you just have to persuade customs  they are for your personal use! Not for flogging in the pub.

    Good luck with that!!

  14. It is not more than 200 cigarettes you can take to the plane.

You may buy them online and they will be shipped to you by mail. www.online-dutyfree.com

  15. Assuming you are British, 3200 cigarettes.

  16. Cigarette kiosks in malls aren't allowed to sell cigarettes anymore in Spain. Supermarkets where I live have never sold them. Even if you find a local tobacconist you won't get packs of 200 that I know of. As far as I know some airport duty free shops still sell them but I do know you won't get any at Granada airport. The law is changing here in Spain regarding tobacco products.

If you are in the Canary Isles which is Spanish you will only be allowed to take home 200 cigarettes maximum. If you get caught exceeding that you will have them all confiscated.

As for amounts you can take home, I'm not sure but if you need extra room in a suitcase you may need another case, and many airlines are now charging for extra luggage.

  17. If you come from an EU country, then technically there are no limits, as long as it is for "personal use" - however any more than 3,200 I think questions would be asked.  It is only a limit of 200 for non-EU travellers.

You can still buy packs of 200 in tobacco shops.  Apart from some bars/hotels with cigarette machines, this is now the only place where you can get them.

  18. I came back from Spain two weeks ago and purchased 6 cartons of cigarettes.  Once I got to JFK I was told that only two cartons are allowed per person and had to pay taxes on the others cartons.

  19. If you are in the UK or anywhere else in the EU, none as you will not be able to get them Duty Free anymore. You can take as many duty paid cigs say from the supmarket there as you can convince UK customs are for personal use.
