My husband just bought 5 dozen yesterday and I cooked 6 today (big family), so 4 and a half dozen... which makes 54.

At this moment, there are 3 whole eggs in the fridge.  This count does not include the small amount of egg ingredients in prepared foods.  Nor does it mean that in a few weeks I'll have 3 baby fridges hatching.
