zero! i second the flour and soymilk. it's delicious! one time i used soy eggnog, yumm. vanilla soymilk tastes excellent in it as well

1 or 2 eggs. And if you buy cage free organic free range eggs you don't have to worry about factories. Best to buy locally so you can go to the farm yourself and see if the conditions seem OK to you.

None!! Don't you know what goes on in those factories? They put all of the young chicks on a conveyor belt and one by one check their genitals. All of the males are thrown into a big garbage disposal and ground up while they are still conscious!! It's so horrible. How could you support that kind of cruelty?

one but none is better! replace the eggs with a couple tablespoons of flour and use soymilk.
