  2. That's fine.

  3. If your Blood pressure and weight is within limit then it seems fine.

However if you have high (upper limit of normal range) then consider eating whites of egg only - leave out yellow part that contains cholesterol.

  4. 2 eggs enough for u

  5. I will share some information with you because I'am a doctor. Many food have certain amount of cholesterol. The safest amount of cholesterol can be consumed by a human daily is 300 mg. An egg has 247 mg of cholesterol with yellow yolk. Your may have risk to getting heart disease. My advice is you can consume eggs daily as long as you throw away the yellow yolk because yellow yolk has high amount of cholesterol than white yolk. White yolk is even better than yellow yolk because it has iron to build new red blood cells for your body. I try my best to give a best answer. Please give me 10 points so I can reached my next level. Your kindness will be appreciated.

  6. that depends r they raw or cooked, fried etc.

  7. I think it's pretty safe, depending on your health.

Once I ate 5+ eggs in a couple of hours when I was about 10, when I had a craving of eggs. (off-topic)

  8. 1-2 will be the best in your age. You'd better not cook fried eggs. Or you can only eat the egg white.

  9. The recommended intake is actually 3 eggs per week as eggs are high in cholesterol. However, I think that 1 per day is still not too bad.

You might want to cut down on the number of eggs that you eat, and substitute it with something else, for example, bacon.

  10. I agree with Sonofawd. I usually eat between 2 or 3 eggs per week.. not per day. I hear that it's not particularly good for your blood pressure, and blood cholesterol.

Try to eat something else instead of eggs, maybe some cereal, or a PB&J Sandwich, or some waffles!
