how many energy drinks per week should i be allowed to have? im 14 and my moms only limiting me to 2 a week!

  9. my friend is addicted to monster and yesterday had 4 in 12 hrs. he dosent feel the affects of caffiene anymore. Id say 2 is a good #.

  11. One a day, if that many!  You can crash pretty bad later after you've drank these things, so sometimes the short-term buzz isn't worth the crash-and-burn later.  Lots of sugar and caffeine in these things, too!

None, they are bad for you!  My best friend is a personal trainer and he's done a lot of research on them and they are not good for your body.  Water is the absolute best, but if you don't mind having sugar, Gatorade or Powerade are decent for you if you are working out, etc.  No energy drinks, they are bad, trust me!

  19. You should have none. They're filled with chemicals. I don't think you want filthy chemicals in your body. If I were your mom and you were only 14, I'd tell you that you can't drink any.

  23. You shouldn't drink any they are addicting and once yoiu get hooked on them it's almost as bad as smoking.

    I have friends who can't function uless they have a few a day
