How many ethnic groups in Spain are there?

I noticed that Spaniards look like Italians. But Catalunians look kinda different.

Based on language at least, there's also Galician, Astur-Leonese,  Aragonese, Aranese, and of course, Basque, a totally non-Indo-European language.

There isn't different ethnic groups in Spain or Italy. But the south people are more brown-skinned than in the north, in both countries.
