i was just wondering how many extra cals you had to consume in one day to put on any weight?

  1. 300-500 to gain a couple pounds a week... make sure it's healthy stuff though...


  2. I think 500 calories.  

  3. 3500 calories equals 1 pound.  But keep in mind that people metabolize food differently depending upon how much muscle they have and how active their lifestyle is.
