How many fans should I run to stay cool while my air conditioner is broken?

I'm in a 3 level townhouse and the AC won't be fixed until tomorrow. It's 94 degrees today! I have 4 ceiling fans. I'm on the 2nd level and have those fans on. If I turn on the 2 fans upstairs will it bring warm air down or keep me cooler?

Heat rises, and cold air falls so it should be kind cool, but in that kind of weather, I would situate myself right under the fan.
