How many fantasy leagues is too many?

Question

Last year I did one fantasy football league, and this year I'm thinking about three. Is that too much in terms of keeping up with all of them? How many do you guys have?

P.S - How is the Yahoo! Fantasy Football league?

last season I had 8 teams. I think i will go with 8 again this year.

Weekly reaserch into teams and players can be applied to all your teams. (example: you have the same player on multiple teams, once you research him and the team he is playing, you know where to put him on all of your teams.

It can be bad sometimes when you have a player on your team in one league, but you are facing that player in a different league. You don't know whether you want him to do good or bad.

Yahoo is great, that is what I use. They provide great weekly advice, and the system is easy to understand.

3 is not too many.  but 36 is!  Kind of depends on your social life.  I am married w/ no children and 4 leagues is about right for me.  (I run 2 of them so this takes time and work too)  You don't want to get too many because then you start rooting for everyone!  Trying a keeper league or an auction league would be a good idea tho - they add new dimensions!  Love the keeper.  Yahoo is an appealing site but I like ESPN better (you get the stats up to the minute rather than wait till TUESDAY! and player info. is better!)

3 is good number....the guy with 36 teams probably plays in three 12 team league and they're all his teams....lol

It's all up to you. I wouldn't recommend any more than 4 teams. As long as you're checking your team daily (player notes, injuries, Etc.) and making the necessary changes every week, you should be good. I must admit, it is hard to root for 30+ players, especially if your players are playing against each other and/or against your favorite team. The guy who has 36 teams needs a girlfriend. Good luck!
