well its only tuesday...  so not yet..  last week i had a jr bacon cheeseburger at wendy's and a whopper jr with cheese and fries from BK

I ate at Subway every day this past week.  A couple of days I had a 6" Turkey on wheat, one day I had a 6" BMT on Monterrey Cheddar and the rest of the days I had a 6" Chicken on Monterrey Cheddar.  I always put lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, banana peppers and lite mayo on my sandwiches.

The reason I ate there every day this week is because I manage a Subway store.

I eat at fast food places maybe twice per year.  Or if Im on a trip, I might.

Not a single one, and I never do  I don't eat that stuff because it's SO bad for you!! I stopped eating fast food cold turkey a year and half ago and I have dropped so much weight,  an additional 20 lbs to be exact!! :) I have maintained my weight since then by eating natural foods I buy fresh from thr grocery store.

I barely ate my first fast food meal after 3 weeks! It was so painful man because I love it! I had a chili cheese dog,chili cheese burger and chili cheese fries from Wienerschnitzel.It was sooo good!  But I got to be saving money so I can't spend it all on fast food,which totally sucks!
