How many fastpitch pitches should a 10yr old practice in a week?

How many pactice pitches should my girls do aweek for just 10yrs old.Is 500 to 700 to much for this age group?Thats what I use to do when I played.

well it kind of depends..how long has she been pitching? If she is just starting I would say yes. Otherwise if she is not complaining, she should be ok. Good luck and have fun
