I have :

35 calla Lily = 5 in each vase

125 white roses = 17 in each vase

250 Black Baccara roses = (only using) 25 in each vase

75 black dahlia = 10 in each vase

110 curly willow = 15 in each vase

Total # flowers in vases : 520 = +/- 75 in each vase

four vases have a 6" opening

two vases have a 7" opening

1 vase has a 5" opening

1 vase has a 6.5" opening

  1. Putting your vase sizes into a spreadsheet I calculate that you have about 243 square inches of vase opening (1/2 the opening size times itself [r^2] times pi [3.14159]=πr^2; you can get this formulat by Goggleing "area of a circle").

Divide by 520 stems that gives about 1/2 square inch per stem or two stems per square inch so you should be able to get approximately 60 stems in each of the 6" vases, 82 in each of the 7" vases, 42 in the 5" vase, and 71 in the 6.5" vase.
