Question:

How many food plants can you name that comes back every year in zone 6?

  1. Asparagus, horseradish, I'd say berries except you need to prune off canes that have fruited as they will not bear again.  Strawberries are short lived.  Grapes, figs, pomegranates, fruit trees(just about all except citrus),, nut trees,  persimmons, LOL fennel because I never dig it up, rhubarb., currants.


  2. All the fruit trees....especially in zone 6

    strawberries, asparagus, rhubarb, horseradish ( too bad the brautwurst bush doesn't come back with it )

  3. You sound just like me.........I've saved every single state quarter plus bought rolls and have a five gallon bucket full.  tons of stuff PLUS I planted Fruit trees..... grape vines and berry vines Everbearing strawberries....

    Artichokes

    Rhubarb

    Asparagus

    Horseradish

    Egyptian onions

    Garlic

    Radicchio (if not dug up)

    Sweetpotatoes
